Lifecycle Email Performance | 2024–2025 Growth

I worked on a lifecycle email program designed to encourage activated users to take the next step and book a consultation through 2nd.MD, a virtual physician-led second opinion service.

Each month we sent campaigns tied to relevant health topics and educational webinars. I helped refine messaging, adjust calls to action, and use performance data to improve engagement over time. As the program grew, we focused on maintaining strong performance while expanding the audience and increasing overall reach.

Key Results

• Click-through rate increased from 2.6% to 7.3% by March 2025
• Program reach grew significantly year over year
• Send volume increased from 89K to 189K recipients
• Engagement remained strong while the campaign scaled to a much larger audience
