Tempo Fit | Onboarding Email Campaign

For this project, I explored how Tempo’s early onboarding emails could better support new members as they begin their fitness journey. The goal was to turn the onboarding sequence into a helpful, encouraging experience that introduces the product while making people feel confident getting started.

Each email focuses on a different moment in the member journey, from setting expectations to building early workout habits. The messaging was designed to feel supportive and realistic, reinforcing Tempo as a training experience that adapts to everyday life rather than demanding perfection.

The campaign focused on simple, clear messaging that helps members understand how to get started, stay engaged, and build consistency without feeling overwhelmed.
